01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kp999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the kp999 online gaming and sports betting platform available at kp999.bio and any associated subdomains or applications.
By creating a kp999 account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of the kp999 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the kp999 platform. Continued use of kp999 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements
To register for and use a kp999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. kp999 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity, not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of kp999 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology partners.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
- You must not hold any other existing kp999 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
- You must not be self-excluded from kp999 or be subject to any suspension or closure order previously issued by kp999.
Age Verification: kp999 is required to verify the age and identity of all players before withdrawals are permitted. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, all pending withdrawals forfeited, and deposits returned where technically possible.
03 Account Management & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) kp999 account only. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all accounts and permanent forfeiture of any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your kp999 username, password, and any security codes associated with your account;
- All activity that occurs under your kp999 account, regardless of whether you authorised that activity;
- Ensuring that your login credentials are not disclosed to any third party, including family members;
- Notifying kp999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
kp999 will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from kp999 that requests your password or full payment details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
kp999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. In such cases, kp999 may withhold any balances pending investigation.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
kp999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major credit/debit cards where available. The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal threshold are as displayed in your kp999 account cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits:
- Deposits are credited to your kp999 playing balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions under normal operating conditions.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account depending on the sending institution's processing times.
- kp999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
- kp999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals.
- kp999 targets processing withdrawals within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
- kp999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing times.
Important: Funds in your kp999 account are held in segregated player funds accounts. kp999 does not use player balances for operational expenses.
05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
kp999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all kp999 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Bonus offers are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- kp999 reserves the right to determine which games and bet types qualify towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as disclosed in specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
- kp999 reserves the right to void and recover any bonus, associated winnings, or cash benefit obtained through bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of these Terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who have previously held a kp999 account under any name or payment detail are not eligible for new player offers.
06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on kp999 — including live dealer games, slot titles, and RNG-based table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate under the rules published within each respective game interface. By placing a bet, players confirm their understanding of and agreement to the applicable game rules.
- All RNG-based games on kp999 are certified by independent testing agencies for fairness and randomness. Certificate details are available on request from kp999 support.
- Live casino games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Outcomes are determined by physical action, not software simulation.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the round outcome will be determined as it falls naturally and kp999's recorded result shall be final.
- Technical errors, including but not limited to software malfunctions, incorrectly displayed odds, or system errors resulting in obviously incorrect payouts, do not create valid claims. kp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed under such circumstances.
- Bet placement is the sole responsibility of the player. kp999 accepts no responsibility for errors in bet placement, including incorrect bet amounts or unintended game selections.
07 Sports Betting Rules
kp999's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, international football, basketball, UFC, volleyball, and other sports markets. The following general sports betting rules apply across all kp999 markets:
- Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the wager.
- For cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — kp999 follows the event's official governing body rulings for match results, abandonment, and reduced-over games.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing in-play rules for each sport. kp999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
- Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum duration required for settlement as specified in market rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- kp999 reserves the right to void any bet where credible evidence of spot-fixing, match-fixing, or any form of corruption is identified. This applies regardless of whether the relevant regulatory body has issued a formal ruling.
- Bets placed after the official start time of an event due to data feed latency may be voided at kp999's discretion.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp999 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts, or opening an account on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification;
- Using the kp999 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates financial crime;
- Colluding with other players, using software bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or employing any automated betting system designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Placing bets based on insider information relating to sports match outcomes, officiating decisions, or any non-public information constituting corruption;
- Abusing promotional offers through coordinated staking strategies, arbitrage betting that exploits bonus structures, or any conduct designed to guarantee profit at kp999's expense;
- Charging back or reversing deposits after winnings have been withdrawn or bonus offers have been used;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing kp999 staff or other platform users.
09 Responsible Gaming Obligations
21+ Only. kp999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age. Gambling involves financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
kp999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We make the following tools available to all account holders at no cost and with no delay through the account settings panel:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set the maximum duration of any single login session. An alert is displayed when the limit approaches.
- Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of your current session and your net gaming position.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your kp999 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be reactivated early.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your kp999 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp999 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the kp999 platform;
- Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or server downtime beyond kp999's reasonable control;
- Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures from third-party providers, where kp999 had no reasonable opportunity to identify or correct the error prior to bet acceptance;
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their kp999 account credentials;
- Any losses incurred as a result of a player's breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12 Amendments to These Terms
kp999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kp999 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the kp999 website with a revised effective date, and where appropriate by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the kp999 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the kp999 platform and, if you wish, request account closure via our support team.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kp999's operating licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kp999 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
kp999 has an internal complaints procedure. To raise a formal complaint, contact our support team via live chat or email. kp999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through kp999's internal process, it may be referred to the applicable alternative dispute resolution body specified under kp999's licensing conditions.
